Currently we are seeking Consultant level Energy Industry professionals with industrial and consulting experience in Upstream Oil & Gas:

Basic Requirements

All positions require minimum bachelor’s degrees, good oral and written English, and PowerPoint & Excel skills.

Detailed requirements for different levels are as the followings:
3-7 years of consulting or industry experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry or Consulting
Master’s Degree or Technical/Business disciplines (PhD or MBA is a plus)
Experience in below areas:
Upstream Oil & Gas reliability and maintenance processes and systems
Extensive experience in the leading business processes for reliability and maintenance in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry
Hands-on experience and knowledge of best-in-class tools available in the reliability and maintenance area, such as SAP PM, MAXIMO, etc. (for maintenance execution) and Meridium, etc. (for reliability)
Software selection experience for Upstream reliabilty and maintenance in the areas of:
Development of functional / non-functional requirements
Generation of a software evaluation matrix for the various software solutions options
Conducting workshops with various vendors and arrive at final score
Strong experience in facilitating client workshops
Strong business process management skills
Demonstrate a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction
Negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
