Currently we are seeking manager level Chemical and Natural Resources (CNR) Industry professionals with industrial and consulting experience in Mining or Chemical industries:

Basic Requirements
The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering field
Excellent oral and written English
Excellent oral and written Mandarin
Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills
Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues
Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills
Good inter-personal skills to work well with clients and other team members
Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams

Desired Skills & Experience
7+ years’ experience in consulting or industry focusing Mining and Chemical Industries
Professional experience specializing in one of the areas:
Plant Operation & Maintenance (Asset Performance Management /Maintenance and Reliability Management is preferred)
Sourcing & Procurement,
Operational Planning
HSE control
Proven project management skills in managing and leading a project team onshore / off shore, and to ensure that deliverables are met with quality and in a timely fashion
Possess an impressive executive demeanor, team oriented and collaborative approach
Demonstrate strong understanding of business, technology and process implications related to industry
Maintain network and relationships to keep abreast with competitors’ activities and develop and maintain effective business relationships in the industry.
Should be diplomatic, flexible, and can influence the “C” level client executives
Other Skills & Experience
Overseas or MNC working experience is highly preferred
Previous consulting experience is highly preferred
English proficiency equivalent to band 7 of IELTS or score 100 of TOEFL
MBA / Technical Master’s degrees is a plus
Knowledge or exposure to enterprise solutions like SAP, Oracle and/or business solutions like i2/JDA, Maximo, aspenONE, Primavera, other optimization tools, etc is desirable
Mandarin, Japanese and Korean / English bi-lingual abilities would be of advantages
