The roles are to join the Accenture Digital’s Mobility team. The Mobility Manager will specialize in one or more of AM’s mobility offerings and, over time, will be expected to become a subject matter expert. The mobility consulting group helps organizations make the most of the opportunities mobile brings by helping them define the customer, people, process, technology and economic impacts that are possible. It is a mixture of creative thinking about the art of the possible, combined with rigorous consulting skills needed to ensure delivery.
The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong interest in mobility, technical understanding and business or consulting skills. The role will be financial industry focus but industry experience in Accenture industry groups would be a benefit.
The candidates must have demonstrable understanding of the IT/Mobility consulting landscape coupled with deep knowledge of Banking / Insurance/Payment.
Irrespective of product focus each individual will bring deep consulting expertise including thought leadership, strategic consulting and solutioning experience in the area of mobility. Furthermore the candidates must have extensive industry experience in China and speak fluent Mandarin together with business level English.
Sales for Payment and Banking Services work to China FS clients
Responsible for developing the sales plan (Playbook) and executing it, along with contributing and managing the sales pipeline
Responsible for identifying, qualifying, pursuing, and closing all mobility opportunities assigned to them
Liaison into China FS leadership (account teams, key SMEs in this space). Build relationships in this organization, educate them on our AMS offers, co-develop campaigns to bring to clients (use them as our primary channel to get to clients).
Work closely with the AMS Offer Leads to understand the offers in order to be able to sell them, and also to make sure that the Offer Leads understand the specific FS industry needs so that we can effectively tailor our messaging and bundle our offers into client/industry-relevant solutions
Develop mobility value proposition for our client by shaping mobility business case, roadmap, mobility architecture, operating model and governance
Conduct mobility market analysis
Baseline mobility capability, perform gap analysis and identify mobile opportunities for our clients
Support the proposal of mobility ideas that can be taken to clients
Participate in client workshop and interviews
Support the initial delivery phases of mobility solutions implementation (design and build)
Support pre-sales and sales activities
A blend of talents and skills is required of successful Senior Strategy Consultant candidates, including intellectual ability, excellent analytical skills, with the capability to perform sophisticated hypothesis-driven analyses, imagination and creativity, judgment and maturity, curiosity, interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, high energy level, professional integrity, and demonstrated leadership.
The candidate will typically have:
Past experience in banking, payments, capital markets and/or insurance
Understanding of the FS industry landscape (key clients, trends and challenges in the industry)
Proven ability to sell (identify/create leads, qualify, develop value prop, develop sales materials, credible/confident in front of account teams and clients, ability to prioritize and identify winning opportunities)
Ability to work on a team, support other FS team members as needed
Strong business operator (run a tight ship, clear sales plan, sales pipeline, status updates, etc.)
Strong interest in mobility and mobility applications related to B2E and B2C
Functional expertise in Mobile Device Management, Mobile Strategy and Mobile Consumer Applications
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in diverse teams
Enterprise Mobility (e.g. Business to Employee, Business to Business, Business to Consumer, Machine to Machine) experience highly desired (if not, then the other areas need to be superstar and MUST have a level of Technical experience on related areas)
Excellent presentation, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
University degree & above
SAP/Oracle ERP experience a plus
Management Consulting experience a plus
